We hear what sounds like a roar with hissing, except the hissing sounds almost like inhaling and exhaling. Almost. If you listen to the roar carefully it might not be a roar at all. It’s sounds kind of like vibrating metal, sort of like tin cans being dragged over concrete. As far as the hissing goes, your guess is as good as mine.
Overall this one is not very convincing.

This video was recorded in Southern France on November 11. In their Youtube description they go into a long spiel about how people will say this is fake but it’s not. They claim the sound pulses are very intense and seem to come from the sky and ground. They say that it reminded them of the Cloverfield movie (I think they mean War of the Worlds) and the Kiev sound (which it is nothing like). They have 5 other videos with ufo related content. Verdict: Dismissed as a fake.
He has two other videos of the sound event. I listened carefully and I thought it was either a jack hammer at a construction site or some other heavy equipment. I do think the sound is really happening because it has a distant echoing quality.
Again I thought it was a fake…until I came across this a day later.
Also filmed in Southern France the day before. Exactly the same sound and at night which might rule out construction work.
