Man this is loud!
You can’t even hear what these people are saying. In really extreme “sky roar” videos, we’ll sometimes see people talking loud while describing the event. I haven’t seen a roar at this volume before. The way they’re panning the camera around it would seem they’re looking for the source. At one point you see a hand pointing at the sky, but you can’t hear what they’re saying.
They say it sounded like fighter jets and there is no military base nearby. They say it lasted an hour. This is about the average length of these “sky roars”. Compare this to the high production video from Oklahoma here. His event was loud too.
A remarkable thing about this example is a direction. They say it’s only in one area of the sky which is where they pointed the camera. This is the first time I’ve ever heard anyone say this. This is a sound from a single direction, lasting an hour, and nothing is seen.
They panned around and there is nothing that could make that kind of noise near them. Or is there?
I think this picture to the right is a grain silo. Is it a factory? Anyone care to guess. They say a neighbor told them the sound was caused by two “smoke stacks” from a factory. These don’t appear to be smoke stacks. They dismiss this as saying it could never be that loud because they could hear it in their bedroom. I would have to agree. This is LOUD. It’s right on top of their house. It’s deafening.
Be sure to look at the Arizona video where a jet sound is explained away as being from “smoke stacks” here.
