First, thank you for reading this blog. I enjoy being a little Sherlock Holmes as we put two and two together. Remember, this is a personal blog and pretty much a hobby for me. I enjoy the chance to write about what interests me. I like being able to speak to you not necessarily in an article.
Now, I have to say this and I can say this because it’s a personal blog. I don’t want my articles to get me into trouble of any sort. I’ll have to take it down if I lose sleep over it or suspect it’s going to be a liability. I won’t risk my livelihood just because of a blog.
So please do not try to contact me by going around safety nets. Someone has tried to do this and I almost had a heart attack. We have nothing to discuss. I’m not interested in purchasing or hearing about anything that isn’t public information. Please don’t send me any information that isn’t in the public realm. This can have very serious implications and I won’t read it. I hate secrets and this blog isn’t about that.
MORE AFTER THE JUMP…
This is the formula below for this blog that won’t get anyone into trouble:
find a public video and discuss it;
find a news article and discuss it;
try to make connections between the article and the video;
try to make connections between past incidents by dates and sounds;
look for clues or explore natural explanations when relevant;
never mention names or companies unless they’re mentioned in a well known news source;
never make slanderous comments about people or companies;
never close an article with a conclusion unless the evidence is there and can’t be disputed, for example the Conklin debunking here;
if conspiratorial ideas emerge I won’t say so, you can decide that for yourself;
for the sake of considering all possibilities I might include conspiracy links, but I won’t invent them.
If it ceases to be fun or causes me anxiety I won’t do it. I appreciate your help even though you may or may not mean well. I think we can all agree it’s an interesting subject and worth discussion. By all means post relevant and PUBLIC information to the comments section.
Thank you for understanding.
Jay Man

OMG that’s so creepy! What is WRONG with people?
I think we are all aware that these are personal insights and blogs. It would be very disappointing if you would take down the site, I hope it won`t come to that.
People are strange and can be very nasty, especially if it dosn`t agree with their thoughts and agenda. At this point everything is speculation, science has no answers, neither do we and I for one, appreciate some intelligent insight into something that maybe nothing or perhaps something.
As for real answers, at times science is the last to come up with explanations and people like you, who are looking for some sane explanations are the ones who get to the bottom of it.
I have come to the conclusion that all is possible, so I never say never, nor do I dismiss anything until in my mind I come a rational conclusion. Well, which maybe my insane conclusion!
Keep up the great work, it isn`t easy to follow up all and do all the postings. At this point in time there isn`t any other site out there that surpasses your information and your unbiased opinions.
Thanks once more:
Sara
Thanks Sara. This post is really a message to those that use hacking to reveal my identity and also those who send me info I should not see.
Do not be discouraged. What you are doing here is very relevant to an open society, I also have a website which I “take alot of heat about” but dont lose any sleep over. Intimidation is by the weak and cowardice. Press on as long as you believe in what you are accomplishing is for the better.
Stupid people are everywhere.. I look forward to reading your posts.. so,.. as the saying goes.. : Consider the source… And I agree with jweber.. lose no sleep!
Mate you take some things more seriously than you should… but i would really like to know what scared you so much.. attracting interest is not a bad thing necessarily you know..
I can’t say but it wasn’t a good thing. I didn’t sleep last night.
If this is with regards to a reply that I made about weather manipulation, I apologize. I assumed that it would be something of interest to you as you are interested in understanding the sounds of the sky.
Yes it is. I didn’t read the document but it appeared to be a link to a classified document on a government site. You also use mailinator. It scared the crap out of me because I don’t want any government agents showing up on my doorstep. If it wasn’t such a document, no worries. Since the hacking that got my email I am getting paranoid. Hey, I just want to enjoy this
.
Also, if it is of any consolation, it was part of a discussion on Coast to Coast in which the document address was read aloud over the air.
Have yourself a listen.
Whew. Okay! This is public realm and can be discussed. Hopefully you can understand why I freaked out. I will watch it later. Thanks.
Man you’re getting scared much too easy…
Weather manipulation is a very interesting (and very real) topic but I personally doubt that it has any relation to the sounds.
The processes that may cause the sounds on the other hand, if from the Sun will most definitely have to do with the weather too.
And since we’re talking about the weather, have you noticed the very bad weather across Europe the past few days? I don’t know since when Europe has to have such low temperatures.. below -20 in most countries.. here in Greece too we have some really bad storms..
An interesting connection to that is again the Carrington event. The event occurred on Sept 1st 1859, and less than two months after that we had this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Charter_Storm
Also in that year we had some serious storms recorded before and after the event as we can see here:
http://www.aoml.noaa.gov/hrd/Landsea/Partagas/1858-1864/1859.pdf
Storm 8 is the Royal Charter storm.
It was the deep link to what appeared to be a government classified doc that freaked me out. Viewing things marked classified can be traced back and get one in heaps o trouble. Maybe. The guy using mailinator was a bit mysterious but I don’t think he meant to scare me.
Holy Cow now WE will be up all night trying to figure out what it is about!
Thanks for the great website. It is a very interesting topic. Having heard sounds exactly like the Tallahassee incident (I am in central Florida) I became interested in determining the source. Thank you for your effort in sorting out the real from the hoax reports. It would be nice if folks refrained from making crap up as the world is complex enough.
I do consulting work and in the process of this was approached by a woman who was convinced that the utility company and/or wireless company were beaming electromagnetic waves into her house. She even sent detailed audio recordings of the “sound”. I have no doubt she was hearing something, but just because a microphone picks it up, does not mean it is intentionally beamed in. She saw a much bigger conspiracy, where it probably could be man made mechanical sound transmitted through the earth via pipes or even the bedrock.
(sorry my english) I’m from brasil..and i didn’t heard anything strange from the skys yet….i even don’t believe that is natural phenomenon (most part of the videos use the samples from the nasa CD ‘Spooky Space Sounds’.. the recordings were taken from NASA Voyager I & II.. )
but i like this blog….maybe there is something really hppening out there… and you are the first one who did something to help people understand what it is going on….(just in case if alieans are about to invade this planet)

Hey Jay Man, do you have a Twitter account? You should get yourself one if not. Perhaps people wanting to share info with you could go there and do it fast and publicly (or privately via DM). I’ve been wanting to tell you about some info for a a few days, but didn’t know the best way to do it (I didn’t want to comment on an irrelevant article). Wouldn’t be too bad to chat with you from time to time on Twitter too, plus it would be a way for you to get more up to date info sent your way by people who like to share fast and not bother with blogs or comments. Anyway, in the meantime, since I’m posting, that info you might be interested in is here:

I’m from India, you are doing a great work…don’t let your spirit down because of few bad guys our there…..there are 1000s of people all over the world…that like what you are doing …keep up the good work…all the best…The world needs more people like you at this point in time….
From Australia: Great site Jay Man! Find myself checking in quite regularly, although not having had the privilege of hearing these strange sounds as yet down here, I find the phenomenon fascinating and have been following for a while now.
Hey now… just a thought that has crept in regarding the multiplying reports in the past few years… could these sounds have any correlation to the sun currently reaching its solar maximum and pounding us with solar particles (soloar storms) more frequently in the past couple of years? Seems as we get closer to the (solar maximum) peak, the number of reported occurrences seem to be more prevalent; so far, mostly in the northern hemisphere (where, coincidently the solar storms hit hardest).
I can’t seem to find any reports on the sounds here in Australia (as yet). We also rarely get blasted with any solar storm activity – only a recent glow of southern lights from the Aurora Australis last week (yay!).
I note reader Pano, above, mentioned the Carrington Event in 1859. This was during the peak of a Solar Maximum period. Hmmmmmmm….
* KEEP UP THE GREAT BLOG! *
Thanks for the site. I really appreciate it. I thought I was the only person hearing these noises. I am in Arizona. I went as far as making an appt with and Ear Nose Throat dr. on 2/14 to check if my hearing is distorted. I doubt that is the case now.
