A Conklin, Alberta strange sound smack-down.
I have a theory for people who don’t want to believe this debunking when the evidence is like a splash of icy cold water in the face.
Maybe space aliens are responsible for Kiev. They made this recording with a mix of birds, children and scrapey noises in order to try to communicate. The aliens were too lazy to make another recording so they ran around with the same sound blasting their speakers not over cities but people in the woods. That explains why all the videos have the exact same noise (JOKE).
It’s funny the way people behave sometimes. What’s the benefit of making all those fake videos?

Nice job Jay and it’s good that somebody collected all these events and seperated the true from the fake. Keep up the good work mate.
I believe this one is fake also. It’s sad that people do this- I mean when this phenomenon has been witnessed all around the world by many people then what is the point of making fake vids??
It would be nice if the fakers would cease.
Great catch! While I feel like at least some of these reports/videos are legitimate, it’s unfortunate how easy it is to make a fake. And, in the cases with the “strange sounds” being “legitimate,” the question remains as to what “it”/”they” actually are – the source/explanation could very well end up being mundane.
With that being said, I’m reading the recently released “Exegesis of Philip K Dick” (it’s hard to limit to description, I suggest checking out its Amazon page for a general idea of what it’s about), and came across something interesting. Now, while these “sounds” might turn out to be one giant hoax, it seems like there are more than enough disparate reports that at least some of these might be legitimate (see Just Little Me below). What “it” might be, I have no clue. But get a load of this:
“Man as a species now ascends to a totally new level of intelligence, such as I experienced in 2-3-74. This will permit an articulation by the ecosphere that we will hear. This has never been the case before. I am saying that we will hear the voice of the ecosphere and we will enter into dialogue with it; Dio! “The voice of the ecosphere”! “We will hear it.” This is Pere Teilhard’s noosphere. There’s some more, and earlier he describes it as “the ecosphere cries out in pain.” Again, this isn’t the entire gist of PKD’s “Exegesis” (it really is broad in scope, but focuses on investigating his “2-3-74″ experience), but I was just struck with coming across this description (only yesterday) coupled with the timing of the “Strange Sounds” videos. While it may be a bit of a leap, I found it interesting nevertheless.

Well done! But now the question remains…is the original real?
That’s a good question. I tried to debunk it (here) and so have others. I’ve said it’s not convincing but that doesn’t mean it’s not real. At this point I doubt any information will arise that will 100% debunk it. Regardless, fake or not, it certainly got our attention.

I don’t understand. To beggin with, why just because the sound is the same it has necessarly to be fake? Your point is that the guy just used a recording of the other event to do the video, ok then it’s most likely a fake. But in this case to know it for sure, wouldn’t it be much easier to simply do a little research to know if other people also heard the noise in Conklin?
I don’t think that I’m too smart so that I can ask this questions, I just do not understand it, could you please explain?
I think we need to see a Kiev-style sound video captured with the person filming it, walking a long distance to show that they have not set up speakers anywhere, and then while walking, they could place the cam on the ground, and staying visible at all times while backing away from the camera. This way if the person filming it was carrying the sound on them, it would be obvious when they backed away…and then they could come back, staying in view of the camera at all times, especially their hands, retrieve cam and keep walking…I was thinking about this all day and trying to figure out what could I do if I heard the noise, to be convincing, to prove it was real. I would like to see someone show this while the noises are ongoing…and even better if they walked past random strangers and stopped to ask them if they could hear it…

You know I thought it was real….until my brother…Bless Him…showed me this youtube video..this guy fugured it out…Its the same sounds as The War Of The Worlds.. tom cruise one…He even pinpointed the exact scene it came from..EXACTLY THE SAME SOUND AS CONKLIN…its NOY REAL…I even left a mesaage here earlier convinced that something was making the noise…CMON PEOPLE….WAKE UP!!!!I ITS FAKE!!! I saw a video of a news report in Kiev in that same area. My Ukrainian is not as good as it used to be, but from what I can gather, the woman asked a couple of people if they heard those sounds, and they both said they did not.
I forgot to mention, it was in the same area where these sounds were supposedly heard.

Maybe people used this copy and pasted the sound into other videos, but the ORIGINAL (that was later duplicated by morons to make these other hoaxes) I think is real. I think the original strange sound is clearly a Jewish rams horn horn trumpet which has a special spiritual meaning which is why it was chosen instead of another type of trumpet or other musical instrument, and it is being blown by the angels of Heaven to signal in the new era of the universe, the end times. I believe this is quite clearly the year that the events described in the Book of Revalation in the BIble will begin in. Indeed, the Book of Revelation clearly lays out the fact that angels will blow trumpets to herald in this new era. Even the Mayans had a callendar that said this year would bring about a new era. The Mayans may have had a pagan religion, worshiping nonexistant gods, but that doesn’t mean that the one True God (the God that I and all other Christians worship) didn’t influence their culture. I believe that He (the only True God) used His supernatural power to subtly influence their callendar makers so that the beginning of the end times would be encoded in their callendar, which would be found later by archeologists, and would accurately tell us when the end was drawing near. Indeed the year 2012 is the beginning of the end times. While we don’t know the exact date the The Lord Jesus Christ will return to earth, we do know that the time period during which the events of the “end of days” will occur in, starts this year. Christ may return 10 years from now, or he may return next hour, but make no mistake we have now entered into a time period that DRASTICALLY increases the chances that Christ will return at any moment! I don’t know what will happen on December 21 of this year, but I assume it will be one of the several important events laid out in the Book of Revelation. It may the return of Christ and the Rapture to Heaven of all people who are currently Christians. It may be the coming of the antichrist who will plunge the earth into darkness. It may be the object “like a mountain” that has “the key to they abyss” that falls to the earth (an asteroid impact I assume). It may be the use of a nuclear weapon. It may be an all out war between western powers and Arab countries (personally I think the Prophet Mohamed of the Islamic religion will be the False Prophet described in the Book of Revelation). Indeed, the Book of Revelation predicts that the final war will be a war in the Middle East.
I used to be confused about the Book of Revelation in the Bible, and what it meant. But as current events begin to line up more and more with reasonable interpretations of Book of Revelation, it seems all but inevitable that we are FAST approaching the end times. And the real clincher are these strange sounds. UFO reports go ignored, and not many people have seen them and so those who have are called crackpots. However these sounds are UNDENIABLY REAL and many have ABSOLUTELY NO SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION. People often turn to science to answer questions, but there is no answer in science for these sounds. It is the first ABSOLUTE PROOF that supernatural forces DO exist. And it is the final destruction the idea of pure atheism. No longer can people deny God’s existence.
With the chance that Christ will return at any moment, now increasing MORE THAN EVER for each day that passes, I say those of you who are not yet saved by God’s grace through Christ should IMMEDIATELY seek Jesus and repent of your sins. Quickly! We have little time left. If you aren’t yet a Christian, if you can’t yet say with certainty that you are saved from your sins, it is time NOW to accept Christ as your savior and ask for forgiveness from your sins. If you do, God WILL forgive your sins. Please pray to God and repent, and tell Him that you believe in Jesus, and that you accept Him as your Lord and Savior. There’s not much time now, and if the Rapture happens and you are left behind, then according to the Bible, you likely have no chance left. But up until then, you can and SHOULD accept Christ as your Savior so that when the rapture happens, you will be going to heaven. Anyone left behind will live out their life on earth, and will be living in torturous conditions, with pain and suffering. You may die from the suffering or live to old age. But either way those who are left behind (depending on how you interpret the Bible verses on this issue) you may very well be unsavable. If that happens, no matter how many times you repent your sins, and ask Christ to be your savior, you will still go to hell when you die. But for those who are saved, their souls will go to heaven BEFORE they die (well in affect causing instant death of the body, and possibly literal disappearence of the body itself, a true mirracle of God), but this is a good thing, for had they lived they would have lived through torturous times as an evil dictator known as the antichrist will arise and torture those who remain on the earth. The antichrist will be given power by the Devil himself and using this dark magic / sorcery, he will cause TERRIBLE THINGS to happen those who are still on the earth.
REPENT OF YOUR SINS, AND GET SAVED BY CHRIST NOW!!!! It may very well be YOUR LAST OPPORTUNITY TO DO SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am going to allow this comment because I believe in free speech…however I don’t care for proselytizing and it will convince no one. If you have something to say, say it calmly and without hyperbole and drama. Why don’t you rewrite this in a way that might convince me or anyone else reading it. Screaming at people and talking nonsense will only bore people. You have 24 hours to rewrite this comment or I delete it.
Only the last part might overly done, and only because I used all-caps. For the rest of it, I believe all parts of what I said are true. I believe in God, and Christ, and that the end will come, and that an antichrist will appear and that he will be allied with Satan and that the antichrist will use dark powers given to him by Satan trick them into thinking he is God when really he’s with Satan and to try harm those who don’t worship Satan and the antichrist. I also believe that Christ will return to take all Christians to heaven so they won’t have to undergo this torture. I believe this because it is what my religion teaches. I am a Christian. I believe that everything in the Bible is true, including what’s in the Book of Revelation. I also believe these sounds are the signs of the coming of the end times. I believe that Christ is the only way to Heaven, and that all who don’t believe in Christ will go to Hell. I do believe the time is aproaching when there is little time left to make the choice to become a Christian.

It should say “the antichrist will use dark powers given to him by Satan to trick people into thinking he is God when really he’s with Satan and to try harm those who don’t worship Satan and the antichrist”.
It’s a typo because the pronoun “them” doesn’t make sense the way it was used, and in fact was based on a previous wording of the sentence, but when I reworded it I forgot to change “them” into “people”.
