A very strange sky sound was recorded in Kota Samarahan, Malaysia, that residents described as “snoring”. This was actually covered in an article by Borneo Post Online which you can read here. The incident occurred Jan 11th and 12th.
Frightened residents say they were awakened by the mystery sound at around 2am. The sound was not directional and seemed to come from the sky. It lasted until 5am.
Mohd Ferdauz Jemain, a school teacher, managed to recorded the event. Many witnesses nearby also claim to have heard the noise. Mr. Ferdauz stated that he saw a strange pattern in the sky the morning of the 12th. From his description it would seem he is talking about chemtrails. There is some speculation by the witness that it was related to HAARP. Later the same day a 7.3 earthquake hit neighboring Indonesia. Read my opinion about HAARP, chemtrails and earthquakes here.

I heard the strange sound one night a few. Ights ago actually. I wasn’t able to sleep so I went to get a glass of milk and went out for a cig I could hear this loud rumbling sound I thought it might have been a bulldozer or one of those machines that clear the roads… It was like rusty metal doors or when a bulldozer digs in frozen ground I thought “ever late to be working at this hour” then I realized the sound was coming from above and all over thought maybe an echo in a distance I heard dogs. Arming but they had no echo when the sound stopped I thought nothing more of it and went to bed. I go online and the past few days people were commenting hearing strange sounds too around the same I googled it and saw it wasn’t just here. My first thought now… Read up the bible. Because as a child I remembered reading something about trumpets in the sky…. Eerie!

In Revelations they refer to the Seven Angels who had the Seven Trumpets that, if I remember correctly, the first six heralded the end of the world, and with the seventh came the words “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!” (Revelation 11:15).
I personally don’t think that these sounds have anything to do with Trumpets being talked about in the Bible. Then again, I’ve been wrong before and could be wrong again. I imagine the Trumpets of Heaven would sound less… eerie? And there is a lot of death and destruction that is supposed to go on with them as well. That being said, I don’t think anyone here is looking for a religious debate about what is going on. But I did want to say that bringing up the Trumpets really sparked something for me, it got me thinking. So thank you for bringing up that point.
Considering how the Bible is man-made and has been modified and abridged several times throughout history (hiding the Apocrypha and whatnot), there is a remote possibility that powerful people are trying to “create the apocalypse” in order to spread massive chaos and panic amongst the populace. This falls into the same category as the Blue Beam theory, but if people are repeating the trumpets gimmick time and again, it may very well be on purpose.

This stuff has cought my intrest a week ago i was out on my deck smoking a cig.And i hear this faint noise which grew rapidly louder but then as fast as it had started it was gone i cant say it was sky noises or any thing like that But it was preaty weird kinda left the hair on the back of you neck sticking up.but i think there is a compleatly logical reason for these noises whether fake or not.But in some of these videos i will say sounds like it was ripped from the dragons that fly in the back ground in skyrim.Sounds like some one ripped the audio from that and blened it together with the back ground noise but i could be wroung.But i like you blog i think you take a logical stand point on it all and i think its good you stay open minded have a good one guys hope fully we find out what it all is.
3 shark attacks in Australia this month alone,.sharks respond and detect changes in magnetic fields……..just a thought.

Thank you Andrea. I imagine we’ll all be sitting in front of our computers January 20, 2013. Climate change is real but not necessarily related to Mayan prophecy. Expect the idea to be quaint next year as with Y2K, Harold Camping and Elenin.

This is not a fake thing, we are the residents of Samarahan, in Malaysia also heard the same which shown here on Jan 11 & 12 2012 which lasted from pass midnight till early dawn. I was awakened around 3 AM by loud noises in the sky over Oshawa, Ontario, Canada both on January 12th, 2012 and on January 23rd, 2012. The noises varied however, with the first from January 12th, 2012 sounding like something coming out of Hell (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtLNmdZTf_g), and the second from January 23rd, 2012 sounding like the videos in this blog. Personally, I’m reading my Bible, and saying my prayers!

Fascinating site, thankyou for accumulating all the evidence into one place. I have an open mind as to what these sounds could be. One thing is for sure they remain scary while there is no explanation.
Maybe you could show a world map with the areas of reported sounds marked to show any pattern or geological significance?
Also have the different sounds occured in sequence? Or are they random. What about the timing, in the evenings or mornings. Are certain sounds heard in particular types of weather.
Just wondering if there is any pattern emerging at all. Someone mentioned hearing sky sounds then an earth quake occuring close by the next day. If we could find any type of pattern at all then maybe we would be one step closer to some kind of explanaion.
