Filmed in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine, the poster describes the sound as “mystical”. Perhaps it seems mystical because it’s the ubiquitous, unexplainable roaring sound we have documented many times on this blog. What makes this example particularly interesting is that it simply stops as if it were shut off. I’ve read in many of the roaring example video descriptions that the sound simply stops. What you call a sky roar is very very similar to something I once experienced in July 2006 while camping in Bryce Canyon. When I have more time, I’ll post the whole story for you. Many of the details are similar to what happens in this video.
