I have been avoiding the ufo/strange sound phenomena connection because there is absolutely no proof that these occurrences are ufo related. However it seems that many people believe that there is indeed a connection. The obvious reason I assume is that they both exist in the sky.
Let’s focus on the black triangle ufos that have been spotted since the forties. If you do a YT search on these types of sightings many videos will come up. Many are fake, some I think are real.
Recently the black ufos have been appearing around Lee’s Summit, Missouri. I sometimes go to the mufon site (Mutual UFO Network) just to see what people post. Mufon is a chapter driven organization that allows people to post their sightings. In October there were 80 plus sightings of this black triangular ufo and people are still seeing them. Here is a news video about it.
Note the typical, close-minded, smug reaction of the newscasters. It wouldn’t matter if a ufo fell on their desk they would still take that “can you believe this crap, haha” attitude. Although there have been tons of unexplained sighting being reported in the news lately, the newscastors always take this attitude. Often they will play the X-files theme to further ridicule the sightings.
I have read many of the mufon sightings submissions of the black triangle in Missouri. It was described mostly the same way. It was enormous, possibly 600 feet across. Black and triangular with lights on the three tips and one in the middle. It hovered or it sped off at lightning speed. It was viewed up close as it flew over a stadium. Close up it looked like mercury. Mostly it was described as having no sound. One thing that stood out in the submissions is that people felt that their lives had been changed.
However there were a few witnesses that said when it was close that it had a humming sound.
I found a submission of a sighting in Missouri on mufon from Nov 29 that I will quote here.
“As the craft was passing me I didn’t hear any sounds immediately. After it got a short distance away from me I could hear a sound that was a combination of a jet engine and the sound of hot air balloon when they use the burners to fill the balloon up.”
The witness described the triangle perfectly but what was interesting was his mention of a sound. Could it have sounded like the occurrence in Louisiana? These triangle ufos have been observed becoming transparent before the witness’s eyes. Turn up your volume.
Others have tried to connect the triangles to sound. This video below isn’t that convincing but here it is.
And check out how the above sounds like the recent recording in France below.
I do believe these black ufos exist because they have been seen and documented by thousands of people since the 1940s. I am not making any claim that they are or are not alien in nature. It could be military, who knows. It would make sense on some level that if strange sounds come from the sky that they must come from something. I think it’s important to keep an open mind.

I like to be pen minded so who knows, but I do hear strange sounds every night (almost) and so do my neighbors and there is definitely no UFO element where I live.
Most ufo fans feel there is a connection to the sounds, especially since some of them have mechanical sounds along with the typical roaring. I firmly believe that people in Missouri are seeing “something”. UFO, military, HAARP or nature I can’t say, but this post is meant to recognize the possibility.
