About a year and a half ago residents of Windsor, Ontario, Canada began hearing and feeling very loud unexplained vibrations. The rumblings have become continuously stronger over time. More than 400 complaints have been registered with the Ministry of the Environment.
On the video below you can actually hear the humming at the 1:14 mark. Also there is some great info about this and other sounds.
Apparently scientists have pinpointed the source to Zug Island, which is a manmade heavy industry island in the City of River Rouge near Detroit.
Even though they have located the general vicinity of these airborne sounds, Rick Harding a consultant hired by the City of River Rouge says he doubts they will ever find the source. This is bad news for the residents of Windsor. I am sure we haven’t heard the last of this. I’m a bit skeptical that the source isn’t known. Perhaps Zug Island isn’t the source at all…
For the past three years residents in Calgary, Alberta, Canada have been plagued with a similar low-frequency humming. They too have been warned that an explanation may never be found. Calgary is 3000km from Windsor.
Even farther away, residents of Woodland, in County Durham, UK have recently started hearing the same mysterious humming sound.
Is there a connection between these three? I would think so, since they have all become a problem over the past few years. Do you see any connection between the hum, roar, boom and metallic scraping?
Ground-shaking Booms Puzzle Louisville, Tennessee Neighborhood.
My take: What is going on!? It’s getting weirder by the day. Residents in a quiet subdivision of Louisville, Tennessee reported loud unexplained booms. It was described as big sonic booms that rattled windows and shook houses.
“It was like lightning struck directly beside the house,” said neighbor Dwayne Jones. “I jumped out of bed and ran outside. Then I saw a clear sky full of stars and knew it wasn’t lightning. The ground was still shaking for a little bit. It was like a big sonic boom. Just the whole house shakes. I never heard anything like it.”
Well this doesn’t fit in the roaring or metallic sound category so I’ll create a new one.
The description for the video states that on August 16th many residents in Taipei reported to local media strange sound and vibrations coming from under the streets. These sounds lasted for about 2 weeks.
My take: Here is another example of humming sounds. Not really like the Canada and UK “hums” but more of a consistent rhythmic sound.
The location is Upstate NY. Check out this one in Glens Falls, NY.
My take: Wow. This is the first time anyone has recorded an after video. This video below was recorded 15 minutes after the first to show the environment without the sound.
Posted by SuperSamgordon on Sept 27th. This is the fourth video posted in two weeks. She says the sound has occurred every morning for three weeks. She claims to be nowhere near a highway or airport.
My take: This seems very convincing. I’m always more convinced when someone creates an account just to post these disturbing sounds. Seems like a jet stuck in second gear above her. Jets don’t hover. The next two posts are similar and equally baffling.
Possible explanations: HAARP, military experiments, earth changes due to magnetic shifts OR aliens (not sure about aliens but I like to keep an open mind). Whatever it is, given that its frequency is increasing, I suspect we will find out soon enough.
Posted by mig4mar on Sept 24th. This is the second video posted. The sound lasted all day. This time in Minnesota.
My take: Another convincing post created by a new account. The sound is nearly identical to the one in Alberta.
Posted by Staroth999 on Sept 25th. Yet another roaring sky noise. This one lasted for 12 hours.
My take: So there you have it. Three postings of the phenomena occurring over the past few days. I can’t make any connections in terms of geography other than they all occur in North America.
There are many more but for now I will start this blog with these three. I will post more as I have time.
From Southern West Virginia.
My take: They claim it has no direction and seems like “groaning”. It seems to bounce off buildings. I wish this person had shown his/her surroundings a bit more.
This sound seems a bit different from the common roaring in the other videos. As an aside, a person on godlikeproductions.com (a conspiracy site) claims to have created this as a hoax. You have to dig a bit for the claim of hoaxing. I do not believe this because the commenter did not use the same account. I believe the commenter was trying to discredit it for their jollies.
Phenomenon captured in Jersey City, NJ.
My take: The remarkable thing about this one is that it occurs in a dense urban area. It surrounds the buildings as demonstrated by his walking down alley ways. This video is an example of how the sound apparently has no direction. He claims it ceased like a blow torch being shut off. My big question is why other people aren’t outside investigating.
The second video below was in North Bergen, NJ. The strange occurrence happened on the same night as the one in Jersey City. That’s SIX MILES away!. Can you imagine how loud it must have been to cover this area. This is no jet.
VERY convincing and the event dates confirm its validity.
Another Florida video filmed in St. Petersburg. The noise lasted 4 days.
My take: This one gives me chills. It really sounds bizarre. Sounds sort of like the common jet roar but with a twist. It seems to have a sort of pulsating effect.
Here is another from Miami. Sounds almost the same and was posted a few days later.
